3. Changing the shape or color is not included in the free fix.
Guarantee
1. Traditional polishing services are not guaranteed.
2. If you lose enhancement or chipping, lifting, or cracking occurs within 48 hours, please call us immediately to schedule a free fix.
3. After 5 days from the day you received the service, any repairs will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest if there is any improper conduct or other situation we deem inappropriate.

1. Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash.
