SPA POLICIES
We have the following policies for the convenience of our customers & the effective operation of our salon:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles.
Health issues must be communicated before services.
For the safety of our clients & staff, please do not come in if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitize all tools and stations after each use.
All services are not refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your services, please call us to schedule nail repairs within 5 days from the day you received service.
Changing the shape or color is not included in the free fix.
Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash.
Promotions cannot be combined.
Traditional polishing services are not guaranteed.
If you lose enhancement or chipping, lifting, or cracking occurs within 48 hours, please call us immediately to schedule a free fix.
After 5 days from the day you received the service, any repairs will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients
Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Please help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
We are happy to provide nail services for children. However, unattended children in the salon may cause disruptions and face serious safety risks due to sharp tools, chemicals, and professional products.
If your child is not receiving a service, please do not bring them to your appointment.
Children must always be supervised after their service.
Our salon is not equipped to provide childcare.
We understand you may need to take calls while in the salon. Please keep your phone on low volume.
For the comfort and privacy of all guests, FaceTime (and similar video calls) or speakerphone use is not permitted.
